SynerSignal ("we", "us") is a product of Atomar LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use synersignal.com and why.

• Account data — Your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with an email code.
• Board content — Feedback, votes, statuses, and comments submitted on boards you own or participate in.
• Public submissions — Feedback and votes submitted on public boards may include an email address if the submitter provides one.
• Technical data — Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To operate boards, votes, and roadmaps — the core product.
• To send sign-in codes and essential account email. We do not send marketing email without consent.
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam moderation).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show third-party advertising.

Public content

Boards are public by design. Feedback titles, descriptions, vote counts, and statuses on a public board are visible to anyone with the board link. Do not include confidential information in public feedback.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your profile from the app at any time, which removes your account data. Board owners control their boards' content. For any deletion request, email info@synersync.com.
