These terms govern your use of SynerSignal, a product of Atomar LLC. By creating an account or using a board, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are delivered there. Accounts are for people; do not share a single account across a team.

Boards and content

• Board owners are responsible for the content on their boards, including moderating public submissions.
• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service.
• Public boards are visible to anyone with the link — treat them as public.

Acceptable use

Do not use SynerSignal to publish unlawful content, spam, malware, or content that infringes others' rights. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Free plan and changes

The free plan includes limits (boards, seats, active feedback) that we may adjust over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use.

SynerSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomar LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
