How do I create a board?
Sign in, create a workspace, and add your first board. You get a public link (like /b/your-board) you can share with customers right away.
Do my customers need accounts to vote?
No. Anyone with your board link can submit feedback and upvote — no login wall, and voters never pay for seats.
How does the public roadmap work?
When you set feedback to planned, in progress, or shipped, it appears on your board's Roadmap tab automatically. There is nothing separate to maintain.
Does SynerSignal work with SynerSync?
Yes — SynerSignal works fully standalone, and workspaces can connect SynerSync to turn selected feedback into real tasks.
How do I sign in?
We use email sign-in codes — enter your email and we send a one-time code. No password to remember or reset.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your profile from the app, or email us and we will remove your account and associated data.
